Individual Therapy:  I meet clients one-on-one for weekly sessions in a safe environment to openly explore and address issues.

Couples Therapy: I provide a safe, neutral environment for couples who are facing relational difficulties.  Focus is on effective communication, repair, and growth.   I am certified in PREPARE/ENRICH which is a program designed for counseling pre-marital and pre-engagement couples.
